Heritage Quality

Property that is or may be inherited; an inheritance.

The standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something.

We believe there are three things that define an item’s quality:

  • the materials from which they’re made
  • the time it takes to build
  • the ability of the item to do its job

Having once bought an expensive (overpriced as it turned out) leather wallet from a department store here in the UK the stitching snagged one day and a side came undone. It was then that it was found to be stuffed with newspaper to make it feel thicker and of ‘better quality’.

That one wallet started the journey into leatherwork and subsequently, Walnut Tree Leather was born to provide true quality items, which would stand the test of time.

We don’t cut any corners to ensure the highest possible quality which is why we provide a lifetime with a no quibble warranty on all our items.

It is for this reason that we make hertiage quality products. You will be able to pass them down to your children.
